Milk, Almond Pisin, Basundi, Ice Cubes, and Sherbet are carefully selected and made to become Jigarthanda. The things that make Jigarthanda “Famous Jigarthanda” are its original sherbet preparation process, the clean process of making, and the amount of love poured during the process. Over the years the taste of Jigarthada never changed, continuing the legacy of Madurai’s Famous Jigarthanda.
